I got some good photos of the steel going up so I thought I'd post em - I also added a bunch of good pics to some earlier posts from this week so be sure to take a look. I'm so frustrated right now cus' it is absolutely gorgeous in NYC, but we can't be on the roof working cus' we can't get a weekend work permit. Grrrr.
So were in the shop, finishing the west garden and disassembling and cleaning. What a pain. We'll be back first thing monday though and we're gonna kick this things butt.
Till then, heres some pics from the past week.
Moving the long Girder with the Genie. Its about 1200 lbs, so not exactly the easiest thing in the world to throw around.

The first column going up. We muscle it up to vertical, then strap it to the genie and lift it up into position. Damn this is so much fun!
